Was looking for a good appliance repair company in Los Angeles. Technician came on time to fix my dryer and I ended up hiring him again for my BBQ grill. Will continue using Same Day Appliance Repair.

We called the Same Day Appliance Repair several times over the course of a couple of years to fix a refrigerator that was leaking, a dryer that wasn’t heating, and some appliance maintenance. I consider them the best company that provides appliance repairs in Pasadena.

Roman was great! We hired him to remove our over the range vent hood and reinstall it after repairs to the electrical outlet. He was very knowledgeable, professional and resort full. My husband asked him to come back the next day to install our dishwasher. Thanks Roman!

Roman did an excellent job fixing our clothes washer and now our dish washer. He’s very responsive, knowledgeable, fairly priced and very thorough. It is hard to get someone reliable in this town, but Roman was great. I would hire him again for sure.

From the moment he arrived, their was professionalism and expertise were evident. He greeted me with a friendly demeanor and displayed a deep understanding of the appliance issue at hand. We had drainages issue with 3 year old dishwasher. Roman arrived on time and fixed the issue in no time. We used Sears repair diagnostics service but 2 of the guys gave the wrong diagnosis ( first one said there’s no issue, 2nd one said it is draining pump issue and will charge more than $300. We needed 2nd opinion due to dishwasher is only $400. Drain pump wasn’t the issue after all lol

This guy was amazing!! He came out three times I order to make sure our machine was working correctly and finally got it working after his fourth and final visit. We worked hard and made sure our washer was back to how it was the day I bought it.

Roman is a professional technician. He quickly figured out why my dryer was not working. Explained how to solve the problem with my dryer. He was courteous and polite. The repair cost was also reasonable. I'll call him next time if need be.

It was easy to book an appointment and Roman responded quickly. He showed up right on time. Initially, he thought we might have to replace the panel for my dishwasher, but worked diligently and only had to replace a few parts, saving me lots of money. He’s respectful and professional. I will definitely be calling Roman for future repair needs!

Roman responded immediately, made it over to my house within the hour. He thoroughly checked out our broken washer, determined the problem, and ordered the part. A couple of days later when the part arrived, he texted me, came over, installed the part, den the washer through a couple of cycled to make sure it was working properly. Roman was not only prompt and did a great job, what little mess there was, he totally cleaned up. Also, what he carved to do the job was very fair. I’d gladly reach out to him again should I have an issue with another appliance.

I want to highly recommend Roman, he came and found what was wrong with my freezer and fixed it. There was a problem and I called him and he came out and tweaked the freezer and it is working now I have ice and a cold freezer and I'm a happy person.

I haven't been able to use my dryer for over a week due to how the original company installed it. Roman was able to take things apart and move the washer and dryer to situate them in a much better way. he was also very polite and responded quickly. i will definitely use his services again in the future!

Roman is a real pro who takes a lot of pride in his work. He came over on one day notice and cleaned our WOLF oven hood which had a ton of grease build up. He had to take it apart, steam clean and de-grease everything. He did a great job for us and we look forward to having him out again.
