Viking built-in refrigerator in a canyon home — evaporator fan had seized. The fridge was running but air wasn't circulating. Replaced fan motor with OEM Viking part, confirmed temperatures before leaving. Customer had a dinner party that evening.
Classic blocked vent situation in a 1940s fourplex — the vent run was over 20 feet with two 90-degree bends. Completely packed with lint. Cleared the vent, replaced the heating element that had partially failed from the heat buildup. A thermal fuse blows for a reason — we find what caused it.
