On gas NED units, igniter or gas valve coil. NED drum belt + idler pulley (year 6-9)
Squealing or thumping during drum rotation, eventually failing to turn at all. Drum belts on Amana NED dryers (shared platform with Whirlpool) wear at year 6-9 in typical-use households.
