La Jolla is bluff-top and village housing with the densest concentration of built-in refrigeration south of Orange County — and the saltiest air. Rancho Santa Fe is the inland estate belt: multi-building properties, equestrian acreage, secondary kitchens, and the property managers who run them. Carlsbad is the volume market — a real city of families, master-planned neighborhoods, and vacation rentals along the coast. Three different appliance populations, one branch.
