Santa Barbara County's South Coast is a strange market. The Montecito and Hope Ranch estate belt carries built-in Sub-Zero refrigeration, Wolf ranges, and wine rooms at a density comparable to Bel Air — and yet most local repair outfits either stop at mass-market brands or service only one luxury brand and nothing else. Almost nobody covers outdoor kitchens. Nobody publishes a diagnostic price. We do both.

The housing stock tells you what breaks. Spanish Colonial Revival homes from the 1920s and 30s on the Riviera and Upper East have tight galley kitchens where built-in units were retrofitted decades later. The Mesa is postwar ranch construction with salt air a few blocks away. Goleta runs newer — tract homes and townhomes with Samsung, LG, and Whirlpool. Each of those is a different service call, and we work all three daily.
