"Wolf 36" dual-fuel range — Toluca Estates 1940s home, oven temp drift"
Wolf DF364G dual-fuel range in a Toluca Estates 1940s home off Forman Avenue — homeowner reported the oven was running 30°F low at 350°F set point but accurate at 425°F. Temperature sensor (RTD) had drifted at the lower end of its range, a known Wolf RTD failure pattern at the 7-9 year mark. Replaced with OEM Wolf RTD probe, recalibrated the control board through the service menu, ran three test bakes at 325°F / 350°F / 425°F. Toluca Estates concentrates Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Viking installs in renovated kitchens — many of these renovations happened during the 2014-2018 entertainment-industry housing boom and we see the 7-9 year service intervals hitting now.
