Classic, Designer, PRO — which one is yours?
Classic built-ins have the grille on top and come in stainless or panel-ready versions; older ones use BI model numbers, newer ones CL. Designer units are fully integrated columns and drawers that disappear behind custom panels. PRO models are the stainless pro-style refrigerators often paired with a Wolf range. Undercounter, wine and ice products round out the line. The model and serial tag is inside the unit, and reading it to us on the phone lets the technician bring the right parts.
