Appliance Repair Gift Certificates
If your parents are in Encino and you're in Chicago, you can't be there when the refrigerator starts running warm. This is the thing you can send instead — not another object for the house, but a technician at the door and the bill already paid.
Who this is actually for
Most of these get bought by someone a few time zones away from the person who'll use it. The pattern is familiar to us: an adult child calls to book a visit for a parent, reads out a credit card, and asks us to phone them afterwards with what the tech found. The certificate does the same job without the phone call. It sits in an inbox until something breaks, and then it covers the visit.
It also works as the practical version of a housewarming gift. A new owner of an older house will need somebody to look at the machines that came with it, usually sooner than they expect.
$89
Diagnostic
A full in-home diagnostic by a licensed technician. They find what failed and tell you what the repair costs before anything is ordered.
Covers the visit and the diagnosis.

Diagnostic + repair credit
The diagnostic plus credit toward the repair itself. This is the one most people buy — it covers the visit and a common fix like an igniter, a drain pump, or a door gasket.
Covers the visit and most small parts jobs.
Buy the $150 certificate ↗$250
Larger repair
The diagnostic plus a substantial credit toward parts and labor. Sized for the jobs that actually cost money — a control board, an evaporator fan, a washer bearing.
Covers the visit and a real parts-and-labor repair.

What the certificate covers
- An in-home diagnostic by a licensed technician
- A second appliance looked at free on the same visit — including outdoor equipment: grills, outdoor refrigerators, ice makers
- The face value of the certificate applied against the repair
How it works
-
Pick an amount and pay
Checkout takes a recipient name and a message if you want one on the certificate.
-
The certificate arrives by email
It carries a code and goes out within one business day of the payment clearing.
-
They call and give the code
The code goes on the job when the visit is booked — before the technician is dispatched, not after.
-
It comes off the invoice
The face value is subtracted from what the visit costs. Nothing to mail in, nothing to claim afterwards.
Terms
- Second appliance
- Free diagnostic on the second unit, same visit and same address only.
- Valid for
- 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Where it works
- Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego counties — every area we service.
- If the repair costs more
- The difference is paid at the visit. The certificate covers its face value, not the whole invoice.
- Not redeemable for cash
- It applies to repair work only.
- Hours
- Mon–Sat 8am–8pm · Sun closed · Phone answered 24/7
Buying one for a household we haven't been to
You don't need to know the brand, the model, or what's wrong. The technician works that out on the visit — that's what the diagnostic is. If you're not sure which amount to pick, the $150 covers the visit plus the kind of part that fails first on most machines.
