Replace. Robot Coupe S-blade is not designed to be sharpened in the field; sharpening compromises balance and blade integrity. Manufacturer recommends replacement at end of useful life. Year 5-8 typical.
Hobart Buffalo Chopper blade — sharpenable?
Limited. Buffalo Chopper blade can be sharpened by specialty knife sharpener but typical operations replace rather than sharpen. Year 5-8 commercial duty replacement, $340-540.
Bowl scraper — different from blade?
