The pre-July 2022 ownership chain matters for fact-accuracy because a substantial amount of older SERP content refers to Garland as "Welbilt Garland" or just "Welbilt subsidiary." That ownership structure ended with the Ali Group acquisition. Garland is now Ali Group NA, not Welbilt, not independent, not Middleby.
