Wash tank temperature dropping below 150°F mid-shift, sanitizing failure logged on HACCP record. Diagnosed: electric tank heater element open-circuit (24kW unit). Replaced element, descaled tank, retested at 158°F sustained. Total: $120 plus $1,180 part plus 3 hours = $1,800. HACCP corrective-action documentation provided.

We carry common conveyor motors, scrap collector parts, multi-zone door switches, and tank heater elements for these models. FT-900 (smaller institutional), FT-1000 (mid), FT-1500 (large hospital and university scale).
Hard-water mineral scale buildup on spray nozzles is the most common pre-rinse issue. Solution: deep descale of pre-rinse manifold and nozzles. We use food-safe descaler, run a cleaning cycle, verify spray pattern, document. $360 to $580 typical. If nozzle ports are heavily corroded past cleaning, replacement is required.
We do the dishwasher-side steam injection (steam control valve, steam coil cleaning, condensate trap servicing). We don't do upstream steam supply line work, that's a steam plumbing trade. If your steam supply pressure is off, we identify it and refer to a steam contractor.
