Glass washers are bar-specific commercial dishwashers, designed differently from undercounter dishwashers. Lower wash temp (130 to 140°F vs 150 to 160°F on dishwashers) preserves etched, hand-blown, and gold-rim glassware that high-temp machines would etch or strip. Faster cycle times (60 to 90 seconds) keep up with bar service throughput. Spinning wash arms (rotational jet thrust) instead of fixed-spray manifolds.
